Job Title: Contract Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action.
- Learn and follow the law firm’s policies and procedures.
- Represent clients in court appearances.
- Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is accessible for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a State of Georgia bar license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of family law experience required.
- Juris Doctorate (.) degree required from an accredited law school.
- Candidates must have passed the bar exam.

Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to work through a case from open to close.
- Strives for excellence.
- Ability to be empathetic, compassionate, but tenacious.
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and clients.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $70 to $100 per hour.
