Learn more at ***We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney in our new Raleigh, NC office! You will have a chance to run an office with a small team and help us grow our footprint in the region. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills, and can handle a high number of closings daily. We will offer a base salary plus an additional growth incentive to expand our clients in the Raleigh market. We are proud to offer: Competitive base salary Strong transaction growth incentive Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Excellent training program Growth opportunities Responsibilities: Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency Representing lenders, buyers and sellers in real estate closings Interacting with clients as counselor and advisor Performing other related duties as assigned Must be currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina (dual South Carolina license preferred) 2+ years prior experience handling Residential Real Estate transactions Hold either a current appointment as a North Carolina Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations Qualifications: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Hankin & Pack Values Consistency - Provide the same level of service on every deal.
