Job Title: Ethics & Compliance Capabilities Specialist - Monitoring & Response

Job Responsibilities:
As an Ethics & Compliance Capabilities Specialist, you will be a vital part of the company's Ethics and Compliance function, which operates as a globally integrated team within the second line of defense. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring program to assess adherence to regulatory and internal requirements throughout the engagement life cycle.
- Selecting samples, reviewing documentation, and assessing non-compliance to support remediation efforts.
- Providing recommendations for program improvements based on periodic risk-based monitoring.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from the company's Risk and Legal groups to ensure effective cross-functional communication regarding monitoring results and remediation efforts.
- Contributing to the development of solutions tailored to the unique needs of the company and collaborating with various stakeholders across all company functions on programmatic needs.
- Playing a pivotal role in the overall change management process.

Education and Experience Information:
- An undergraduate degree is required, with advanced degrees or certifications such as JD or CPA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk, ethics, compliance, and/or governance in a large organization is necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
- A strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution.
- Experience working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Salary Information:
For applicants in Canada and/or the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, the estimated salary range is $112,900 - $176,800 in USD and $125,600 - $157,000 in CAD. This range provides a clear picture of what candidates can expect, though actual salaries may vary based on factors such as office location, experience, skills, start date, and current organizational needs. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonuses, subject to the company's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
