Duties:
Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies
Draft legal documents including estate plans and business contracts
Delegate and oversee work completed by paralegals and legal assistants
Lead and participate in client meetings and document signings
Collaborate with the legal team to manage caseloads efficiently
Contribute to marketing through networking, writing, and public speaking
Maintain a high standard for detail, accuracy, and professionalism
Support firm culture with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Requirements:
Commitment to client care and delivering high-quality service
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients

Ability to manage responsibilities independently following training
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active member of the State Bar of Texas (required)
