- Experience in identifying and addressing client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships, and preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials.

- Experience utilizing a CRM system in a professional services firm to network, develop relationships, and sell additional/new services.
- Experience in a professional services environment utilizing automation and digitization, including experimenting with digitization solutions, working with large data sets, leveraging data visualization tools, and transforming business to enhance employee and client experience.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Director position at the company is $140,900 - $434,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
