Draft and negotiate loan documents and related agreements for commercial real estate transactions
Represent lender clients in secured real estate financing matters
Assist with structuring transactions, title and survey review, and due diligence analysis
Coordinate with opposing counsel, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings
Collaborate with partners and team members on complex multi-party deals
5 to 7 years of experience in lender-side real estate finance at a large law firm
Prior experience handling complex real estate loan transactions
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
Track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in high-volume environments
Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar (Required)
Advanced drafting and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of real estate financing structures and market standards
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and organizational acumen
Proficiency in managing client communications and expectations
