Job Responsibilities
As a Tax Director in Global Information Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, with a focus on providing guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading efforts to develop new business opportunities and setting the strategic direction for these efforts.
- Making critical decisions that influence client outcomes, thereby driving business growth.
- Managing and shaping client engagements to ensure alignment with strategic goals and maintaining the firm's standards of quality and integrity.
- Providing mentorship to emerging leaders, fostering a culture where people and technology excel together.
- Overseeing various projects to ensure they align with the strategic goals of the company.
- Providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions.
- Reviewing . IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Training and managing local staff.
- Executing client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary for this role.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is required.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. **Members Only** offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal and family sick leave.

- This is a full-time position with travel requirements of up to 20%.
