Job Title: Environmental and Land Use - Associate Attorney
Location: Northern California (hybrid remote)
Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:
- Conduct factual investigation and legal research related to large scale industrial, utility, residential, and commercial projects
- Collaborate with supervising attorneys and professional staff to develop and enforce legal and regulatory issues
- Represent clients before federal and state administrative and regulatory agencies, as well as in court
- Participate in general rulemaking and regulatory proceedings, and state and local legislative hearings

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience practicing land use and environmental law in California
- Excellent research, analytic, writing, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative, and creativity
- Commitment to serving the public interest
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture
- Willingness to travel as needed for case work, educational seminars, and meetings with clients

Salary Information:
- Target annual pay range: $115,000 to $135,000
- Actual pay will vary based on experience, skill-set, and market factors
- Competitive compensation package offered
