Job Title: Associate Director, Oncology Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Director, Oncology Compliance, plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the Oncology Therapeutic Area (Oncology TA) at the company. As the OEC champion, the individual is responsible for multiple US Oncology Franchises and holds various OEC matrix responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as the primary OEC partner and subject matter expert to a diverse group of stakeholders, including Commercial and Medical Affairs + Health Impact colleagues within assigned Oncology Franchises.
- Leading key pan-Franchise initiatives and acting as the point of contact across all Oncology Franchises for new or less established field roles or governance groups.
- Demonstrating business acumen, issue-spotting skills, a solution-driven mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of industry practices, the company, and its science.
- Establishing relationships and working practices that promote effective time management and consistent implementation of advice and controls across all Oncology Franchises.
- Utilizing data analytics to inform assessments, advice, and decision-making.
- Synthesizing and communicating complex issues and analyses both orally and in executive presentations, proposing data-informed recommendations that consider business needs and risks.
- Taking initiative to propose and independently execute OEC projects, assessments, and reviews aimed at improving the quality of guidance, governance, or controls.
- Planning, drafting, and implementing written OEC guidance and training materials to enable the business, mitigate risks, and promote harmonization of standards and understanding within the Oncology TA.
- Leading Franchise-specific OEC risk assessments and proposing and executing monitoring plans that synergize with other relevant testing programs.
- Conducting root-cause analysis, testing relevant hypotheses, and probing potential systemic issues.
- Driving accountability and supporting business colleagues in implementing remediation plans.

Education and Experience:
- A BA/BS degree is required. A CPA, Master's, JD, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and finance.
- The candidate should be capable of building strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of the team to enable higher performance.
- The ability to learn quickly, grasp the essence of situations, and change course rapidly where indicated is essential.
- The candidate should consistently raise the bar and not be satisfied with the status quo.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is between $137,500 and $261,000. The actual compensation within this range will depend on various factors, including geographic location. The company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future. The company offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave), medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in short-term and long-term incentive programs. Note that no amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, incentive, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remain at the company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the company's discretion, consistent with applicable law.
