Overview:
Amazon Advertising is seeking a Senior Ad Policy Manager to join their Advertising Trust Policy team. This team operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a variety of advertising solutions to help customers find and discover products. The ideal candidate will have experience in ads regulation, risk management, compliance, or policy enforcement, as well as experience working with engineering teams. A Master's degree, law degree, or MBA is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support ad policy team's work worldwide
- Resolve ad policy escalations with excellent judgment and creativity
- Deliver internal training and ensure materials are up to date and localized
- Track, analyze, and report on ad policy activities
- Build new policies, refine existing policies, and develop policy standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement, or closely related field
- 5+ years program or project management experience
- 3+ years experience working with engineering teams
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, law degree, or MBA
- Proven experience driving engineering projects
- Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis
- Proven experience in digital advertising in a regulatory position
- Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field

Salary:
Compensation for this position ranges from $124,600/year in the lowest geographic market to $206,100/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon also offers a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
