**Members Only**'s Private Client Services practice is seeking a Tax Senior to join their growing team. This role will provide tax compliance and consulting services to high net-worth individuals, families, and other clients with complex tax and financial structures. Responsibilities:

Participate in tax and consulting engagements, identifying and addressing client needs
Work with clients and their advisors to gather necessary information for tax returns
Prepare complex individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns
Review basic individual and trust tax returns and provide feedback to staff and interns
Analyze tax notices and prepare responses
Conduct tax research and make recommendations for PCS leadership
Prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborate and build relationships with **Members Only** professionals and external sources

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, or Bachelor's degree in another focus area with CPA certification
2+ years of prior relevant tax experience, public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience
Experience in private client service is preferred
CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tax compliance process software and tax research tools
Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
