Job Title: AML Project Delivery Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
As an AML Project Delivery Senior Analyst, the primary responsibilities include working collaboratively within the AML and sanctions team to support client service delivery. Key duties involve performing case investigations to assess potential AML and sanctions risks, making recommended decisions regarding case dispositions, and utilizing feedback to improve case investigations. The role requires regular communication with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional or technical teams, escalating matters that need additional attention from engagement management.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in AML and/or sanctions-focused activities within the private or public sector. Candidates should have experience in AML/sanctions regulations as they apply to financial institutions, including retail, wholesale, and international banks, as well as Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management. Additional experience includes performing AML case investigations, transactions monitoring, drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and using AML monitoring systems and related software. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Preferred qualifications include investigations experience, FIU experience, AML consulting experience, and certifications such as CAMS and CFE. The role also demands analytical ability to manage multiple projects, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to deliver technical demonstrations.

Salary Information:
The wage range for the AML Project Delivery Senior Analyst role is estimated between $66,200 and $121,800. This range considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, with awards depending on individual and organizational performance.
