Job Summary

Law Firm is looking for a full-time Veteran's Disability Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have two or more years of VA disability representation experience and will provide a high level of service to our clients while demonstrating a high level of integrity, accountability, and team commitment.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare for client hearings by analyzing cases and interpreting laws
- Conduct pre-hearings with clients to review case information and advise clients of court processes
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for case presentation
- Represent clients regarding their VA disability claim
- Assist VA team members with questions and client concerns
- Attend hearings
- Brief writing
