Job Title: Immigration Attorney - Consular Processing

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Consular Processing (CP) and Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa applications.
- Prepare clients for their consulate interviews to ensure they are well-informed and confident.
- Represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to advocate on their behalf.
- Review immigration applications and packets prepared to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and manage a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.
- Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits, ensuring clients are aware of all potential outcomes.
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases, demonstrating strong legal writing and argumentation skills.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law is required, indicating familiarity with immigration processes and regulations.
- Candidates should be team players open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating with fellow associates.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required, which can be beneficial in client interactions.
- A record of effectively moving legal cases forward and the ability to manage a caseload independently is essential.
- Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers is necessary to handle specific case types.
- Familiarity with Case Management Software is preferred, aiding in efficient case tracking and management.

Salary Information:
- The annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $110,000, reflecting the experience and expertise required for the role.
