Job Title: **Members Only** Fellowship Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the 2026 Summer Associate Program, which serves as a cornerstone for the recruitment of outstanding associates and the future success of the law firm.
- Work on several projects with different lawyers in a variety of practice areas across . offices.
- Observe and assist in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Participate in client meetings and closings.
- Engage in substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters.
- Receive mentoring from partners and associates.
- Work in a collaborative environment, enhancing writing skills through training.
- Obtain guidance and detailed feedback on work products.
- Network at various social events.
- Attend interactive training workshops, including M&A and deposition skills.
Education and Experience Information:
- Open to rising second-year law students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a culture of community, opportunity, and inclusion.
- Likely to practice after graduation in one of the law firm's . offices.
- 2L applicants must submit a completed application by September 1 of their 2L year.
- Will not be the recipient of a similar award or stipend from another law firm.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a salary of $4,326 per week.
- Recipients of the **Members Only** Fellowship will receive a paid 2L summer associate position and a $50,000 award.
