The law firm of **Members Only** is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual to support our firm's growing bankruptcy and creditor rights practice. Responsibilities:
- Assist property owners dealing with tenants who have filed for bankruptcy
- Represent lenders dealing with borrowers who have filed for bankruptcy
- Prepare and file proofs of claim, motions to lift stay, and pleadings in adversary and reorganization proceedings

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or equivalent setting
- Prior experience in handling creditor rights in the bankruptcy context
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
