Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities
The Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Conducting case management and motion practice.
- Engaging in discovery processes.
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Representing clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials.
- Managing Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation.
- Acting as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, including cases involving asbestos, automotive litigation, and dietary supplements.

Education and Experience Information
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills.
- A minimum of one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation is preferred.
- Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law are encouraged to apply, even if they have experience in other litigation arenas.

Salary Information
- Minimum Salary: USD $135, per year.
- Maximum Salary: USD $180, per year.
