Job Responsibilities:
The Client Partner for Legal Transformation Solutions at the company is tasked with ensuring the long-term success of clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business executives and stakeholders. The individual will work closely with clients, channel partners, and sales colleagues globally, serving as a liaison between clients and the company’s business partners, particularly focusing on legal transformation offerings. The role involves a consultative sales approach within the Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) organization, collaborating with Account Directors and pursuing Legal Transformation Services (LTS) opportunities directly. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying LTS targets alongside the sales team and leading conversations with C-level and senior management about legal transformation.
- Driving the sales cycle to expand LTS offerings and generate revenue across broader LSS service lines.
- Utilizing professional networks to identify and pursue opportunities beyond current clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Serving as a conduit between client stakeholders and the company's LTS consulting and delivery organization.
- Promoting the company's LTS practice offerings and technology products in industry forums, conferences, and publications.
- Identifying and fostering growth opportunities globally in collaboration with sales teams.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the role of Client Partner, Legal Transformation Solutions should possess the following qualifications:

- Over 10 years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience.
- At least 5 years of account management or relevant experience with demonstrable skills in Legal Transformation Services.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required, while a JD degree is preferred.

Salary Information:
The compensation for the Client Partner, Legal Transformation Solutions role ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 USD annually, with eligibility for a sales commission plan. The specific salary will be determined based on various factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate’s abilities in relation to the job specifications.
- Performance during screening and interview processes.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
