Law Firm is seeking a General Of Counsel to join our Palo Alto office. This position reports to the Head of the Firm’s Litigation Department. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

We are looking for an experienced attorney who is able to think strategically, manage a wide variety of projects, and effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and contracts
• Represent the firm in court proceedings and negotiations
• Monitor legal developments that may affect the firm’s business
• Provide legal training to other attorneys and staff
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage outside counsel as needed

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Admitted to practice law in the State of California
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
