Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of a significant caseload to include prompt client communication, filing paperwork, drafting letters to clients and opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, law and motion hearings, conducting trials, drafting appeals and representing the client in litigation. Should preferably have excellent academic credentials and 1-3 years of Civil Litigation experience. Experience in other areas of law or similar work in law school may suffice. Strong writing and research skills are required.
