Job Title: Insurance & Reinsurance Project Attorney - Remote

Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance & Reinsurance Project Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting the Insurance and Reinsurance group at the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting with pre-underwriting risk assessments, which involves evaluating potential risks before underwriting insurance policies.
- Managing claims and providing coverage opinions for professional liability risks within the United States.
- Presenting complex liability and coverage issues in a well-organized and concise written format.
- Utilizing e-discovery software for efficient management of electronic documents and data.
- Demonstrating exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills to effectively represent and advise clients.
- Collaborating with team members and clients, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Insurance & Reinsurance Project Attorney position must meet the following education and experience criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of practice experience in relevant areas such as insurance coverage, medical malpractice, or mass torts.
- Strong academic credentials that reflect a solid educational foundation.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state where they reside.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Insurance & Reinsurance Project Attorney role is between $100 to $125 per hour. The actual compensation offered will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. It is important to note that this position is not eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or firm benefits.
