Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Transfer Pricing, you will be tasked with providing clients with the essential knowledge to effectively manage intercompany pricing issues. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists, to resolve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises across various industries. Key responsibilities include:

- Working with a team to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues.
- Supervising the assignments of engagement staff and providing leadership, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Being an integral part of a client-facing team, developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and the broader industry in which they operate.
- Managing and overseeing detailed economic and financial analyses, as well as more complex modeling and empirical analyses.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the Manager, Transfer Pricing position, candidates are required to meet the following educational and experience criteria:

- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in Transfer Pricing within a consulting environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is necessary.
- Candidates must have one of the following active accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, then one of the following designations:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master’s or . preferred)
- Other: Foreign equivalent of the above

Preferred qualifications include previous experience with a Big 4 firm or in transfer pricing or financial experience, strong project management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-based environment.

Salary Information:
The wage range for the Manager, Transfer Pricing role considers a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The estimated salary range for this role is between $103,320 and $235,170. It is noted that individuals are typically not hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, which is subject to rules governing the program and depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

The job is available in multiple locations across the United States, offering a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week and may require travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
