Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate

Experience: 6 months - 3 years of litigation experience

Location: Century City/Walnut Creek/Roseville/Newport Beach, California

Job Description:
- Draft written discovery, review responses and document productions
- Draft written discovery responses to written requests served on consumer clients
- Draft motions related to written discovery disputes and responses to pleading challenges
- Prepare for and participate in oral arguments in various courtrooms
- Attend and defend consumer client depositions
- Take percipient witness depositions
- Attend vehicle inspections with expert witnesses
- Assist with dispositive motions, higher-stakes depositions, and trial preparation work
- Other tasks as assigned by Partners

Requirements:
- . from an ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the California Bar
- At least 6 months of experience as a California licensed attorney, preferably with some litigation experience (Lemon Law not required)
- Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
- Hunger for professional growth
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Skilled problem-solver with ability to handle complex issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and utilize technology solutions in a paperless environment
- Ability to travel within California for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
