Job Title: Litigation Associate - Discovery Dispute
Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Associate will be engaged in supporting the automotive consumer litigation practice. The primary responsibilities include:
- Drafting and arguing discovery motions and oppositions.
- Conducting thorough legal research.
- Drafting meet and confer correspondence.
- Attending hearings related to litigation matters.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must be admitted to the California Bar, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- A background in products liability and/or consumer law is considered advantageous.
- A minimum of 6-9 months of experience in handling discovery disputes is required.
- The candidate must possess superior research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial for success in this role.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Litigation Associate position is between $170,000 to $205,000 per year. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience. The law firm offers a professional and friendly work environment with competitive compensation.
