Medical Malpractice Attorneys The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years litigation experience handling Medical Malpractice, Elder Law and Healthcare matters to join the office. Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters.
