Job Title:
Director, Fiduciary Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's nationwide strategy for fiduciary business, collaborating with key internal business partners.
- Evaluate and mitigate fiduciary risk associated with new high-risk fiduciary business opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in executing best practices and technology optimization for fiduciary administration activities across the Wealth Management business.
- Partner with market teams to ensure investment policies, procedures, and guidelines protect the interests of the parties to a fiduciary account.
- Assist with drafting fiduciary policies and procedures and develop training materials related to them.
- Liaise with and support Fiduciary Specialists nationally, focusing on fiduciary administration, training, revenue, budget, and business strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert to wealth teams on day-to-day fiduciary issues.
- Work closely with Fiduciary Leadership to oversee the implementation of key Wealth Management fiduciary policies and procedures.
- Participate in National or Regional Trust Administrative Committees.
- Collaborate with external-facing colleagues and centers of influence to identify fiduciary solutions for high net worth, multi-generational families.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- JD or advanced/graduate degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience administering complex fiduciary relationships with demonstrated leadership within wealth management or legal services.
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary laws, best practices, and wealth management business acumen.
- Proven track record in risk and compliance management, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience managing large or specialized teams, including mentoring, training, hiring, and performance management of fiduciary professionals.

Salary Information:
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $128,200 and $296,500 per year at the commencement of employment.
- The base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, considering factors such as experience and market location.
- The base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs.
- The position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to modify the base salary and any other discretionary payment or compensation at any time due to individual performance, changes in geographic location, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
