A well-regarded litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced attorney passionate about courtroom advocacy and client-focused representation. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including personal injury and employment matters, from case inception through trial, with the autonomy to develop and execute case strategy in a supportive environment.

Manage all stages of litigation, including:
Strategy development
Discovery
Depositions
Settlement negotiations
Trial preparation and execution
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Collaborate with support staff to prepare trial materials (., exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions)
Evaluate case strengths, identify legal issues, and propose recommendations
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or employment law
Strong familiarity with Texas and federal litigation procedures
Demonstrated trial experience and courtroom proficiency
Exceptional client service and communication skills
Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal writing skills
Ability to manage multiple complex cases both independently and in collaboration with a team
Strong oral advocacy and trial presentation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and strategic thinking
Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems
Effective time management and ability to meet litigation deadlines
Collaborative, team-focused mindset with a proactive work ethic
