Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employer clients in unemployment hearings via phone or in person as needed
- Analyze individual case information and prepare client witnesses for hearings
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits
- Document all communication with client witnesses
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to learn state regulations, departmental procedures, and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
What Could Set You Apart:
- Attorney or ., legal education, or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
