Unemployment Hearing Representative - Representing Clients and Providing Excellent Customer Service
Summary:
**Members Only**, a global data, analytics, and technology company, is seeking a Hearing Representative to join their team. This role involves representing employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings, preparing clients and their witnesses for hearings, and advocating on their behalf. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn state-specific laws and regulations. This position can be located in St. Louis, Missouri; Des Moines, Iowa; Louisville, Kentucky; Houston, Texas; Rochester, New York; or Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Represent employer clients in unemployment compensation hearings
- Analyze individual case information and prepare for hearings
- Prepare client witnesses for hearings
- Document all communication with client witnesses
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in person
- Knowledge of state regulations and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Attorney or ., legal education, or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
