Duties

  • Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents

  • Conduct and oversee all phases of discovery, including depositions and document reviews

  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations

  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to client goals

  • Provide legal advice and risk assessments to clients in dynamic business contexts

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Experience in trial work before State, Federal, and Appellate courts

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing full litigation lifecycle

  • Proven ability to argue motions and handle court proceedings independently

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in New Jersey and New York

Skills
