Job Title: Litigation Associate - Discovery Defense

Job Responsibilities:
The law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team with a focus on supporting their automotive consumer litigation practice. The primary responsibility for this role includes preparing and defending depositions of corporate representatives. This includes working with designated Person(s) Most Knowledgeable / Qualified. The role requires the associate to engage in detailed legal analysis and documentation, and to manage various aspects of litigation related to automotive consumer cases.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar. Additionally, the candidate should possess a minimum of one year of general litigation experience, specifically in preparing and defending depositions of corporate representatives. A background in products liability and/or consumer law is considered advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate superior analytical abilities and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial for this role.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $205,000 per year, which will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience.
