Law Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney with Immigration Experience and Fluency in Spanish

The law firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. Our boutique law firm has over 12 attorneys who specialize in immigration, criminal, and family law. We handle cases throughout Louisiana as well as out of state. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle immigration litigation cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
- Represent clients in detained or non-detained immigration proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and provide legal advice
- Work independently and manage a caseload effectively

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in a state, preferably Louisiana
- At least 1 year of experience in immigration litigation
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
- Bar license for Louisiana (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. Some weekend availability may be required depending on case load.

Work Location:
