Job Title: Litigation Attorney for Commercial Real Estate Developer

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support in real estate litigation, development, and transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Collaborate with brokers, external law firms, and manage third-party relationships.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to the California Bar.
- Experience in real estate litigation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex real estate projects and transactions.

Salary Information:
- Pay: From $180, per year
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
