Our ideal candidate will have a valid CA Bar License and a strong background in workers’ compensation litigation.

Responsibilities:

Take depositions and make appearances at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board
Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity
Communicate with clients and develop strategies for efficient resolution
Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens
Draft pleadings and reports
Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation
