Associate Attorney - Mid-Level - Roseville (Sacramento Region):

- Responsibilities include written discovery, law & motion work, depositions, vehicle inspections, and other tasks assigned by the Partners.

Experience and Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
- Member in good standing of the California Bar
- Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation

- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Skilled problem-solver with the ability to unravel complex issues

- Willing to learn and use technology solutions in a paperless environment
- Willing to travel within California as needed

Job Responsibilities:

- Written Discovery: Drafting written discovery, reviewing responses and document productions, and participating in e-discovery review.
- Law & Motion Work: Drafting motions related to written discovery disputes, responses to pleading challenges, and other motions in furtherance of client's claims.
- Depositions: Preparing clients and defending consumer client depositions, deposing percipient witnesses, and preparing expert witnesses.
- Vehicle Inspections: Attending vehicle inspections with expert witnesses.
- Other Responsibilities: Timely reporting and billing for hours worked and assisting in other tasks assigned by the Partners.
