Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation The candidate will work closely with clients, teams, and team leaders to develop evidence for plaintiff only personal injury in claims and lawsuits. Write settlement demand letters, and prepare cases during pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement. Draft pleadings, complaints, discovery, motions, and other court filings with various State and Federal Courts; conduct research on a variety of novel legal issues in State and Federal cases; present and argue motions. Manage the full court approval process for personal injury cases, including drafting personal injury approval motions and presenting approval motions to the Court. Manage the filing of pleadings, tracking service of process, and assuring SOL deadlines are met. Manage own caseload, with the opportunity to become a team leader with potential for generous bonuses for team leaders. Must have 2+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation or have participated in a Federal or State clerkship. California Bar Admission is required- admissions in other states is a plus.
