Job Title: Associate, Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Monitoring and Quality (MAG)

Job Responsibilities:
- Review financial crime controls to ensure firm standards are met and all risks are addressed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for conducting monitoring and quality reviews.
- Document, analyze, and communicate detailed outcomes related to monitoring and assurance reviews.
- Analyze large sets of data, both quantitative and qualitative, to identify trends, issues, and anomalies.
- Identify and communicate observations and areas for improvement with key stakeholders.
- Draft detailed investigative reports.
- Track and validate the completion of corrective action plans.
- Compile and report metrics related to financial crime compliance.
- Assist with the implementation of periodic reporting.
- Assist with presentations to management.
- Drive forward projects related to the Monitoring and Assurance Program.

Education and Experience Information:
- A degree is required (Bachelors/Masters/JD).
- Excellent risk analysis, research skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Capable of learning new systems and processes quickly.
- Able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with project management, multitasking, and interacting with multiple stakeholders is required.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel, is needed.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of urgency is important.
- A strong work ethic is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of related prior experience in Audit, Monitoring, or Testing.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically in Global Markets and Wealth Management.
- Experience in Financial Crime Compliance is preferred.
