Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach teams to deliver top-quality tax services.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Leverage technical knowledge and industry insights to meet client needs.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies within the department.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring deliverables meet client and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between components of entire systems.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop skills outside comfort zones and encourage others to do the same.
- Mentor team members effectively, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen expertise.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
- The listed salary range is specifically for roles based in Maryland.
- Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
