Litigation Associate Job Description:

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business, real property, and employment litigation.
- Must have first chair trial/arbitration experience.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.

- Attend in-person meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines for filing and responding to legal documents.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members and provide mentorship to junior associates.

Salary Information:
