Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm with headquarters in Chicago, is seeking a highly experienced associate attorney in corporate and real estate law. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in transactional work, with a focus on drafting corporate agreements, reviewing title, and preparing real estate documents. Public financing experience in real estate development is a plus. This full-time, hybrid position is based in our St. Louis, MO office.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review corporate agreements
• Conduct title reviews
• Prepare real estate documents
• Work on public financing projects for real estate development, if interested
• Handle multiple matters and prioritize tasks effectively
• Maintain high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaborate with a team and have a desire to continually learn and grow
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Licensed attorney in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of ten years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and real estate law
• Strong understanding of drafting corporate agreements and reviewing title
• Familiarity with preparing real estate documents
• Interest in public financing for real estate development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to take on multiple tasks and projects
• Team player attitude
