Corporate Attorney The candidate will assist one of the corporate teams in all areas of the clients legal needs. Conduct legal research. Structure, draft and negotiate complex agreements. Resolve issues that arise in existing commercial transactions. Corporate due diligence. Should preferably have 1-3 years of corporate experience.
