**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Patent Agent to join its growing Intellectual Property practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on electrical, computer, software, and mechanical technologies. This position is available in any of our multiple offices across the country, including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Prepare responses to office actions
- Conduct patent portfolio analysis and management
- Provide technical and legal support for IP litigation
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and inventors to identify and protect inventions

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
- Registered before the USPTO
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or closely related field
- Strong academic record and work ethic
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
