Consumer Litigation Attorney The candidate will be drafting and responding to discovery. Will be drafting motions. Court appearances. Vehicle inspections and surrenders. Taking and defending depositions. Eventually, trials and trial preparation.

The candidate should be in good standing as an active member of the California Bar. Must have 1+ year of experience as an attorney, preferably in consumer protection, lemon law, and/or product liability. Must have thorough and detailed organization skills. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
