Employee Relations Manager - AMZL:
- Proactively and reactively manage employee relations for Amazon and contractor teams in charge of last mile delivery services
- Collaborate with field operations managers, HR, and contractors to ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees
- Analyze employee and partner feedback to identify risks and gaps and create solutions-focused strategies and programs
- Design and deliver positive workplace relations training to drive best practices
- Manage crisis-oriented situations with excellent judgment and time management skills
- Independently own large-scale, network-wide projects to improve frontline partner experience
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze and identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements in the employee experience
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication, including public speaking and leadership communication skills
- Build constructive relationships with stakeholders to share information and influence change
- Work independently and problem solve in ambiguous situations to drive resolutions
- Launch and manage sustainable mechanisms for entire networks
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Experience supporting large hourly workforces highly desired
- Advanced degree, JD, or specialized training in labor/employee relations preferred
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus
- Previous experience managing operations preferred

Salary Information:
- Base pay ranges from $114,600/year to $205,900/year depending on geographic market and job-related factors
- Total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits

- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Experience supporting large hourly workforces highly desired
