Job Title: Associate Counsel - Government Affairs

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on state and federal legislative and regulatory developments, ensuring the company remains informed about key changes that could impact its operations.
- Track and summarize meetings of industry trade associations, stakeholder calls, and policy events to keep the company aligned with industry movements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on public policy issues that affect the company, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Draft internal policy updates, briefing memos, and advocacy materials, ensuring clear communication of policy positions within the company.
- Coordinate with internal business units to assess policy risks and opportunities, facilitating proactive management of potential challenges.
- Support engagement with industry trade associations and regulatory bodies, representing the company's interests effectively.
- Assist with Political Action Committee (PAC) programming and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Support administrative tasks and legal/government affairs compliance efforts, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Education and Experience Information:
