Responsibilities:
- Join the Enterprise Systems Engineering and Architecture team
- Provide high quality engineering advisory services to government intelligence agency customer
- Collaborate, integrate, and standardize engineering approach across customer's enterprise
- Interact with government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts
- Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
- Responsible for technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables
- Work within assigned government organization to provide systems engineering support, decision support, and engineering and other technical support throughout a supported system's life cycle phases
- Support stakeholder requirements definition, requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation, integration, verification, transition, validation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
- Assist with project planning, project assessment and control, decision management, risk management, configuration management, information management, and measurement planning
- Manage project portfolio, infrastructure, lifecycle models, and quality
- Use Unified Architectural Framework (UAF) or Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) models and artifacts
- Experience with Cameo or IBM Systems Architect preferred
- Knowledge of customer systems and processes preferred
- Practical experience with network security accreditation/Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Input to system security plans and management of POAMs
- Hold current DODD 8570 Certification (Security+ etc) preferred
Qualifications:
- Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree with fourteen (14) years or more experience
- Master's degree with twelve (12) years or more experience
- PhD or JD with nine (9) years or more experience
- Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Practical experience with network security accreditation/Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Input to system security plans and management of POAMs
- Hold current DODD 8570 Certification (Security+ etc) preferred
