Duties
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously as part of a defense litigation team.
- Conduct and attend depositions for various defendants.
- Draft client reports, motions, pretrial disclosures, and other legal documents.
- Argue motions and attend conferences before New York Judges and the Special Master.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with asbestos and general liability insurance is essential.
- Familiarity with toxic torts, construction, and premises liability is advantageous.
- Strong communication, writing, and research skills.
Education
- JD from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in New York.
