Duties:
- Meet with and advise clients on estate planning matters
- Intake of client information for estate planning and administration
- Design and present estate plan proposals
- Review draft documents and ensure accuracy
- Oversee the signing and execution of estate planning documents with clients
- Administer probate estates, including preparing accountings and estate tax returns
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration in Maryland
- Expertise in drafting both basic and intermediate estate planning documents
- Proven experience administering probate estates in Maryland
- Proficiency in preparing estate accountings and estate tax returns
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland
