Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or JD license preferred
• 2+ years of experience in tax and/or legal services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in tax and legal research tools and software
