Job Title: Associate eDiscovery Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication with clients and internal partners.
- Convert client requirements into operational work requests, monitor progress, and update stakeholders on deadlines.
- Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for intake.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues with delivered or hosted data.
- Handle review platform specifics, including user requests, database management, creation of layouts/views, execution of STRs, and management of batch sets.
- Provide support for privilege log generation, media tracking, and project-specific reporting.
- Understand project budgets and obtain necessary approvals for costs outside of project estimates.
- Maintain continuity of client service between shifts by providing clear handoffs and updates.
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with teammates to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure effective control of all project aspects from initial planning through final production, balancing client requirements and reviewing financial and billing information to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of two-year consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider, totaling four to five years of overall experience.

- Hands-on experience with Relativity is required.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a "white glove" approach to service.
- Ability to manage client expectations and adapt to meet client requirements.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to industry trends.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends is required.
Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $75, to $90, USD annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus. Specific salary will be determined based on factors such as location-based market rate, abilities related to the job specification, performance during screening and interviews, and pay parity with the team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
